I cant beleive i did this. I have to start all over again. 2.5 weeks ago i said ' Oh Im stressed lets just smoke one'. REALLY? yesterday I bought a pack and smoked the whole thing. This is rediculous, I went to the store, bought the patch, set up the stop date tomporrow morning. I am not going back to this disgusting habit. For almost 3 months I loved the clean air, smell of rain, the smell of fresh fruit, fresh laundry, my hair just shampooed. Please be there for me.
