I wasnt mad or sad or jumpy or wired. I had a bout 6-7 pints and followed my plan. I'm still holding to my 12/15 quit date but It just reminded me how much I really do hate smoking. it's not cool anymore Im not 16 in Highschool being the bad@$$ with a cancerstick hanging out of his mouth. I am going to do this! no MATTER WHAT! Im done on Monday the 15th! Happy Holidays guys!
