It reminds me of why I quit smoking in the first place.....to be free....and I am.  275 days tomorrow...I never imagined.  Yeah me!  Its been hard and challenging and I trust that it will continue to be more challenging, but I am prepared.  I am working on being healthy.....working out and breathing deep. Stay strong my fellow addicts!
