ok woke up this morning and mouth was dry as a bone and when i got up started coughing up all sorts of Catarrh this is the part i wasn't looking foward too but at leaast it will be over soon. but so happy i have made it to double digits and staying strong. hope everyone reading this does too and wish you all the best in your quit also STAY STRONG and N.T.A.P 🙂
