I am not sure how many people work out here but I nocited something. I began to work-out because I have a hard tome sleeping I noticed that as I am working out my breathing is rough which means quitting is a good thing. I also realized my thinking well I am working out does not relate to anything other then that. I love working out because I feel like it helps decrease my stress levels. How many of you are working out? What work-out activies are you doing? I do zumba lately its the basic stuff on You-tube and trust me its hard core. I have dont a changellage too. Anyone wanta be my workout buddy?
