i am new at this, i am going to give this a try i have tryed afew times to quiet but so far nothing has helped . i have tryed patched and gum and even medications but her i am still smoking and it is killing me . I have COPD and have a hard time breathing but yet i can not stop smoking . hopefully relearning my habbits will work. something has to work. any way i am here if any one wants to talk
