where do you start

OMG I have been playing with my page all morning still cant get it right. Was wondering after quitting anyone gain weight. I am slightly over what I want to be now and I have always used this as an excuse not to quit. I am sure there are a ton of things I can do other then eat but this is a real fear. I think to myself just do it. why do I put it off.

Hi, I have gained maybe 2 or 3 lbs. Nothing much. I have been trying to eat healthy and a little exercise. Only about 10 min in the morning and 10 min in the evening. Help from smoking. Today is day 21 and hardly any cravings. Did you quit yet? if not set a date? Are you using anything to help? Post a message and let us know how you are doing. Cindy

cigarette smoking amounts to 200 calories a day.

I bet you can figure out some way to take care of that..

I gained 3-5 pounds initially but have since worked it off by walking. A couple of pounds is no excuse to smoke. You would have to gain 75 pounds in order to offset the health benefits of smoking 1 pack of cigarettes per day.

I started drinking Dr Oz green drink today. Really pretty good. I eat a high fiber diet. Deeps you full and good for you. Cindy

well i know i have cut down because 1 im keeping track...with a few exceptions like when im not home and 2 the carton of cigarettes still has 3 packs after a weekI'm not the only one smoking them tho! my husband seems to have increased his intake i think i've slowed down so much this week because i promised myself i wouldnt buy another carton or pack so in fear of the empty box i guess im cutting back 😃 wateva works i guess so what im tryig to say here is when the box is empty i will be officially a member of the smokeless crowd ...its scary ...no its not...yes it is...noooooooo ok im done

You are right I have the excuses to wait, but i have to start somewhere. picking a stop date would be a start.

G'mornin everyone hey cindy, was wondering what is dr.ox an energy drink or a smoking replacement drink ? i've never heard of that...had to asked cause youv'e mentioned it a few times. I guess im babbling on this morning trying to ignore that breakfast is over and im delayingggggggggg the first ciggarette gonna do my work out in a few minutes but i CAN'Tsay the urge aint there! 😞

No just a good for you drink Energy and nutritious. Spinach, celery, cucumber, ginger, aples, bananas, lime and lemon juice and spring water. Blended. Pretty good. Cindy
