121 days since last smoked. It is amazing. Feeling stronger and stronger without smoking. As the days pass more and more, felt happier and happier.

However at times, feeling starts in mind. Let go back to earlier days, start smoking, it keeps you busy, how i would have gone to specific corner to have cup of tea and ciggaretts, how i would have met my friend, and had talk over smoke, how my colleague will call me to discuss offical "personal" issues in smoking area, etc. It does remain in mind for some time.

There is no craving, no eager to smoke, but just feel........earlier days were not bad. Something missing due to non-smoking...........and its really missing. how ?

These thoughts do disturb, though not throw you in danger "start smoking'. Then you need to get back on what was decided at the time quit smoking - some 100 to 121 days back. remind, remind remind.......

Is that feeling the others had those who reached  triplet club by now? Any sharing, advise please

They sought out your company, find a new activity in a new spot.  When everybody ran out to smoke I didn't follow them, I said to myself I am free!!  It is a restless feeling but it wouldn't  help to smoke the worst I've went through is the secret fear that I already have throat or mouth cancer.  Smoking won't help that. Nope.

Well, I am right around there with you on the quit day clock, and I empathize. It is not a crave or a desire, but remembering all the positives events that were associated with smoking. Some smart long-timer on here said that you have to go through all the seasons and recreate and reassociate those good times as a non-smoker. I am sure part of that involves the people and the events. Sometimes I get in the car after a successful presentation or negotiation and think, this is when I would celebrate with a giant hit of nicotine to my brain, poisoning myself. I just try to keep it real, even with myself talk. It is OK to note that things are different, as long as you don't talk yourself back into smoking.

I think what you miss is those MOMENTS - not the cigarette that went with them.  That was just what you include because, well, you always smoked!  How about inviting that colleague to share lunch; how about going to the corner with a different drink and enjoying that quiet time?

You need to relearn your life as an ex-smoker, and doing these kinds of things gives you new, non-smoking associations to replace the old, smoking ones.  It's a process.

You are doing GREAT.  Keep moving forward, not looking back!

You have a lot of memories made with cigarrest through the years, you are now creating new memories and replacing the old ones. Like Nancy said, keep moving forward, not looking back! You are doing great!

As the Old Goat told me on the mountain, and the hermit of Carp's Cave reminds ... Keep Them Away From Your Face!!! Remember that always. If they re not near your face, you can't smoke them.

You should be able to see the bonfire at the edge of NML now. Just keep heading towards it.

I am very proud of you for making it to 121 days !!! Keep it up.
