Hey everyone, i have been off one month, but thats ok by me cause im still not smoking whatever month it is. Hope everyone is doing well. My friend had her sugery on Wed. they don't know if it's benign or not they will know next wed. She is three days no smokes right now, she told me today she doesn't even think about it, which is good, but her mom and aunt (who lives with her) both smoke so i know she is in for a hard roll. They all smoke outside and she said they haven't been smoking around her so that will help. Thanks for all your prayers, she is going to be fine i just know it. Anyway JAMES wow almost 1 year, im so excited for you. Congrats to everyone else for there milestones, no matter 1 day or 500. Everyone have a great Christmas...
