Since tomorrow is my quit date I did several things. I made sure not to pick up another pack 'just to last me to midnight', I came back to this site since I just ran out of cigs immediately to confirm my resolution, and I unpacked my detox and quitting box filled with patches, 'gum', candies, and crafts. I let people know (even though I wanted to wait awhile). I joined a gum again and bought some beauty supplies. I'm clearing off the messages so I can staart with a clear board.
