i am not settling for anything less than the official title of ex-smoker. After a tough day, i frowned the most of it, its begin to sink in, i have really quit.I have more reasons to quit than i can count. My f eelings are positve andi have clearity for the first time in my life and gained a sense of control that i will not give up. Please if your still struggling to quit, DO NOT give up. You need this NOW. Missing my loved ones who have passed from cancer, complications due from smoking. MIss you MOM. This is it guys you can do this. Peace
