Description
I am 53 yrs old . I have smoked on and off since 17.. I recently had the flu and the facial pain was severe enough to quit smoking.. My doctor would not give me pain medication so,in order to handle the pain, i had to stop irritating my mouth and nasal passages. i always said if I could put down the morning cigarette and driving cigarette i could quit.. What a wake up call with withdrawal and the flu at the same time. It has been 18 days since i quit.
