i have smoked for more years than i care to admit. i smoked my last cigarette on feb23, 2009. smelling like a cigarette, coughing all the time, feeling like an outcast because i smoked, ruining my health, and wasting money are some of the reasons i quit. i am still on the patch (stage 2). i don't know what i will do when i am finished with the patch. i am really
dreading it. does anyone have any suggestions?
