turned 50 this year. need to quit for my health and my family including my pets. Got a lab puppy 3 months ago and I want to provide a good home for her. Also have a poodle and a huskey. I have smoked for 35 years , quit several times but always came back to it. Longest was for a year or so when I was 30. I am resolved that this is the time I will win. I think this on line support group will really help.
