O.K. so I was writing down every time I had a cig. last week, then had to go to St. Louis to be with the grandson in the hospital and I have to say that being in a hospital is a huge trigger for me. I think the smoke free environment made me want to smoke more. I think I went outside to the street corner at least ten times. My daughter has a room at the Ronald Mcdonald house up there and I had to go there to stay the night and there I only had a few. There are many smokers there as they are all going through some of the most difficult situations that anyone can imagine and yet none of us smoked as much as we did while at the hospitals!! I was telling them about this site and hope they at least check it out as it could be the first step in walking away from this nasty habit. I just got back in town so am going to start tracking again, from scratch. The only plus I have found in this so far is that we haven't smoked in our house for at least 5 years and it is really cold here so I am not braving the cold as much just to have a puff!

For all who have sent best wishes for my little fella I thank you from the bottom of my heart, I truly believe that faith keeps him going and getting one step closer to coming home!! He is a true warrior!!

Blessings to all
