I'm starting the separation exercise today. Usually, on my off days I sit outside and read and smoke constantly (with a few breaks inbetween). I feel a little anxious, but I need to clean anyway. Hopefully, that will keep my mind of smoking for a while. Its going to be harder at work cause I'm working 3rd shift right now. That means a lot of sitting around, smoking, reading, drinking coffee and general boredom. (most of my triggers) Maybe instead of doing my usual routine, I'll take advantage of the gym they have there. Wish me luck!!!
