You can do it right this time. Just promise yourself that once you stop, that's it! No going back ever again and stay positive. If you tell yourself it's going to be hard, it will. So think positive thoughts. Envision yourself as a non smoker and get on withi it. Like any addiction, it takes a few days for your body to adjust, but it is soooo worth it all when you get to the other side of it. ( 3-4 days is all)
Welcome back! If you didn't last time, I would suggest that you do some reading to prepare - I read at www.quitsmokingonline.com, www.whyquit.com, and Allen Carr's book ("The Easy Way...").
Hey Jill, Welcome back, You know there is wonderful support here. I do not like staying away from the site for more than a day or so. I need the constant reminder of what I get here. I agree with Strudel's advice, and I hope it goes better for you this time. You can do it! Be ready for tomorrow, and throw out a line or two . We are here for you.... George
