I found this site:

http://www.tobaccofree.org/quitlinks.htm

1-800-QUIT-NOW is a free support service with trained counselors.  The National Cancer Institute also has a smoking quitline, 1-877-44U-QUIT.

Good for you for making plans to keep support available.  Hope this helps.

You can also text,  just type in the word      COACH   TO   44264

the text messages will provide you with some of the "quit tips" you would get from a quit coach

Read, Read, Read              the more you know, the easier it is to deal with the cravings &  triggers

Congratulations on making the decision to change your life!      You can do this - You are not alone!

I hear the frustration and shame in your message.
