Someone i was speaking to was saying they wanted to quit and I mentioned that I relied heavily on this forum...This piqued my interest so I decided to login and see when I last wrote something. I noticed it was a message similar to this from Dec 6 2013....Since then I still havent hadd a cig which equates to 2437 days...or just under 7 years! WOW...I could not have remotely believed that 7 years ago.
As a result of quitting I started running and have since run multiple marathons and even our local ultra distance marathon of 90km! keep up the quite..its worth it!
