smoking

i have tried not smoking today but, we ended up buying a pack around 9:30am so now we just bought another 2 packs for tomarrow. we'll try again on tuesday and see if we can do better. my computer is messing up and sometimes i cannot get here on this site. i really need a buddy that can help me out whenever i need someone to talk to.

Hi Kathleen, Have you done your homework on this site? Set a date? Noticed your triggers. Make a plan, get all the material things you need to aid you in this process.

i've set the date fpr the 12th of this month. i guess i need that to educate myself more here on this site.
