smoking

i cannot seem to quit smoking even though i want to so badly. i have COPD and congistive heart failer and diabetes all rolled into me and still cannot seem to be able to stop. i wish that i had never started smoking whenever i was younger. i have read so much about quitting you would thank that i could stop. it hasn't happened and i don't know if i can ever quit smoking. i know i want to before i see my lung dr. on the 11th of next month. i don't want to smoke anymore whenever i see him again. it seems like a thing that i cannot control and i wish that i had never started in the first place. i know we are out for now but i will end up buying another pack today.
