hi so im 17 almost 18 weeks pregnant and i have been smoking since i was 12. ill be 35 next month n cigarettes are my go to for everything. im tryin to cut down until my quit date the 29th. i am not allowed to use patches and those really helped before. any suggestions??? as to anything anyone else has done? thank you.
