So I am on Day 11, and I felt it important to post a no smoking sign today. You see, I had a DREAM last night that I smoked one little ole cigarette, and then I tried to justify doing it. The dream was so vivid, I woke up and swore I had smoked. But alas...I had not - THANK GOODNESS!
I have started a new, non-smoking life, and I will work as hard as I possibly can to keep it that way. In fact! You would be so proud - my husband left a pack of opened cigarettes on the chair when he went to work this morning...I had my daughter take them and hide them. I would have destroyed them, but they are not my cigarettes to destroy, and I have no desire to smoke them if I don't see them or know their location. Not only that...have you ever dealt with a smoker who knows they have a pack in the house and needs one? Yeah. Not going there either!
So..I am doing great this Fantastic Memorial Day Weekend...and without further adieu - my stats so far today...good luck everyone and keep the quit!
