I haven't smoked one cigarette in 3 Days, 16 Hours and 10 Minutes. That is 73 cigarettes not smoked and $24.69 not spent. Pretty awesome 🙂 The nicotine patches really seem to be helping, I'm not really sure whether its the nicotine or the physical act of applying and wearing the patch - like a reminder of what I am doing and why. I am really quitting! This is wonderful. I am so grateful for this place.
