Hi everyone,

Well, at 11pm, I'll have 3weeks smoke free! I do realizethat God is doing for me what I could not do for myself, and that he works through people. Without the close support of you people and the feeling that if I did smoke, I would be letting you all down as well, I may not be here, smiling and smoke free! I had someone message me this very morning, concerned, because it had been 5 days since she had heard anything out of me. Where else can one find that kind of support, for free?? I think that one way to keep it is to give it away. I do appreciate all the support and advice.

I am feeling better. Last night, I don't know why, but I slept straight through til am without being abruptly awakened by a cough. I don't know why, or if it will ever happen again, but it happened. I have been extending my aerobic type sessions a little every day, forcing myself to breathe again. I have been eating right, taking vitamins, documenting everything so I don't over medicate, and can track my progress. I don't really expect to get miraculously well overnight, but rather, I'll give health a chance by changing my lifestyle. I don't know if it'll work, but I'll do my part.

There have been a couple times when I wanted to smoke, but mostly, I think of myself as a non-smoker. It's pretty cool!.Thanks for listening., John
