so i have one patch left for tomorrow, and i am sure i can do this, just a bit nervous. No one has offered me a cigarette and the only one i could afford is the butts left on the street, really! I've been there! Yup, left over coffee and old cigarettes that anyone could have smoked. I don't believe it should ever get that bad for anyone. I am in control of this and maybe i am on edge today but frankly i can deal with this feeling. Right now i can smell an ash tray. Sad but that is what i still can smell, and the place is clean as a whistle. Have'nt smoked in more than ten days. I can't go there ever again, without elaborating on that, i can only imagine now a life free of that behavior. o.k. i will get thru this. so long for now. God bless
