rough afternoon

things got a little dicey this afternoon but some talk and power walking helped.  Have to relearn all of my normal routines.  Everything in my home and yard is a trigger.  Dinner and then bed.  Appetite poor.

I'm thinking about you, Jimmie -- those craves are going to come at you in the first week, and I really appreciate that you're checking in.  I PROMISE it will get better.  And just remember, while you were smoking you desperately wanted to quit.  So hang in there and I know you can do this!!

Success, you did not smoke.  I did a whole lot of walking on the treadmill in the beginning. It does get better!
