Today is 45 days that I am completely smoke free!! I smoked for 13 years every single day and its 45 days today since I have last smoked. I am officially a non-smoker. I started on Chantix and it worked for me, I will never smoke another cigarette again.
I know what you are thinking, "oh wait until she hangs out with friends who smoke blah blah". Well I did, and I had smoke blown in my face, and I was offered cigarettes, and was even teased for not smoking anymore. I laughed because I thought those who were smoking, looked like monkeys... it didnt look cool. They looked old, exhausted and dehydrated. I passed the test with flying colors and resisted ALL that and did not smoke. When Im stressed out, I inhale deep breaths of fresh air, when Im home, I take long bubble baths in the tub, drink bottled water, clean my apartment .. I'm always doing something constructive.
Hey. If I can stop smoking, ANYONE can quit smoking. I AM OFFICIALLY A NON-SMOKER!!!!! HOORAY!! yeaaa! 😄
