Those words and N.O.P.E. plus alot of reading blogs has gotten me thru so far. I had lost count and realized today was 117 so almost 4 mos. The longest time ever for me. With tthe 2 quotes and my daughter & "neices" support I feel like I will make it this time ,this has been the longest and some days are still really bad. I am learning I used to smoke so I wouldn't have to handle anything,But an old dog can do new tricks- it just takes time & patience. Stayed busy last week and did my flowers and gnomes for summer, so off to a good start. thanks for all the different blogs and helping me figure out nothing is impossible.
