well, as i'm sure you guessed i've just finished day 1 of quitting. it's brutal. I've been a smoker for 12 years about and I've finally decided to quit. I have no health problems other than getting short of breath easier than i used to, and most of my friends are smokers and i have little support for quitting. I guess what i'm saying is I'm looking for tips and advice. I'm trying the gum but it doesn't seem to do much, I've also heard just getting cheap nasty cigarettes can be as effective a subsitute but i didn't want to go that route unless i had to. what can you guys tell me please?
