first i remember wanting to try my first cigarette and that was over twnty years ago. I've was smoking ever since. Now i am quitting again, with more conviction this time. It's not getting any easier. I am swearing by not being so hard on myself. i can bet on more of us giving up this habit. Can i have a witness!
