Description
I have smoked for over 30 years and have tried to quit many times, once successful for a year. I have reduced the amount I smoke from 2ppd 20 years ago to 10 a day for the last few years but I am frustrated with myself that I still feel so dependent on those 10 a day. I am a stress smoker and have a large family who depend on me and a stressful career and I am trying to balance that stress and not smoking. I got sick with pneumonia and quit cold turkey 9 days ago.
