Can anyone belief I have never really been on a blog site before. I guess i have no clue what i am doing.

Today has arrived. The date i picked to quit. I have done my homework. I will have 3 days w/o any people in the house. I started a support group in my bldg as all of us residents are forced to quit smoking in and around the bldg. Tomorrow will be the first day for that group. I did everything i could to set up for success.

It will be grand. But i do have a fear of failure.

I willfully started smoking about 2 yrs ago after a caraccident, divorce and neck injury. All i could do was lay on the floor in pain. I could not use my normal stress relief like running, swimming biking yoga. It took 1 1/2 yrs to heal from the accidents. I am now able to swim again and walk. I do not beat myself up for coping the only way i knew how. It was not a waste of time. I did a lot of soul work and studied many alternative ways to heal mind/spirit/body. I have the tools. I Just have to make it throught the hard days.
