Have been away from the computer over the weekend was at the hospital with the father in law and had some of that gardening freezing veggies that cannot wait..seems there are alot of new people on the site thats good news if I have ever heard it. I hope they stick around long enough to learn what they need to , to win over this nasty addiction. It is all here folks if you have the desire and you believe in yourself you too can mark that 189 days on your  calendar.I once was lost but I found this place I didn't  ever see me succeeding in ditching the smokes for good after 35+ years I have and very rarely do I get a crave. I am a new person, I have changed my outlook on life and life matters. It is a wonderful thing to finally wake up a adult since I have been smoking since i literally became a teenager. i have had to relearn everything and yes I have more to learn but I am open to that.I hope to lead a long healthier life than I have the first half. I will smell better - look better- feel better- breathe better- walk and run faster- and to top it off I will be setting a good example for my grandson. It would kill me to think I provoked the smoking thought in him

Any way I just want all of you new people to know that we will do all we can to help you qwith this journey its a life style change but its all good.......
