Thank you everyone for the encouragement and support! I will probably be on this site all day even though I am at work! I haven't had a ciggarette since I woke up this morning around 6 am its now 8am! I have my nicotine lozenge, and mini candy canes to chomp on... It's not that bad, just feel kinda anxious and nervous!!!! I want a ciggarette but I am a NON SMOKER today!!!! I really hope I can get through the day!
