so dear EX-er friends of mine....just thought I would give you a little update my almost unrelated progress with the INSANITY workout.

This is now week three of INSANITY, and I did my second fit test with an average 25% improvement just a couple days ago. Next week will be the last week of the easy stuff...ha. Then recovery week, and then month two with the MAX interval workouts. I still love the workout, I am using www.sparkpeople.com to track my workout calories burned and my food, and as of this morning I have lost four pounds.

I share these things on here with you because as unrelated as my workout may seem, I realize that our lives come in wholes not parts. Our friends, our family, our self-esteem, our jobs, our habits, our struggles, teaching ourselves to keep our fight, finding setting and accomplishes our goals, our identities, and figuring out who we are, trying to remain sane human beings, all the things we experience are part of our WHOLE LIVES, and although this particular site is focused on one small partof our struggle, the support we get from sharing our whole life struggles and accomplishments with each other only can help others realize that everything is connected and we have been there. I still got things to work on, and I am getting thre but I want you to know I am STARTING to succeed, in small ways, and it all starting with QUITTING and the support and community I found here.

Nothing in our lives in COMPLETELY unrelated. Stress, and family, and smoking, and weight gain, and finding ourselves, and finding support for who we are, and finding people are willing to be there through ALL our struggles, Thanks EX-ers. You helped me make what I thought was the end into a rough outline of a new beginning.
