Another awesome site is http://forums.quitnet.com, I got an e-mail from them today (forgot I even had them and this is what it read)

Hey Deb,

The best thing to do here is post your blogs as much as you need to and ask for advice. Read the blogs of other's and you will be inspired.  I spend alot of time here. I am only 11 days into my quit.  I have tried many times before but this support group is amazing.  It will work for you!

Tomorrow is my quit date.  I plan on visiting this site often to help get me through, especially in the beginning.  There is a lot  of good advice (and humor) and it's so nice to have such a support group.  Good luck to you.

Congrats on deciding to quit! This place is great for support - so be sure to stick aorund. Read blogs here and I really liked - www.quitsmokingonline.com and Allen Carr's book - The Easy Way to Stop Smoking.

WELCOME!!! What a Great Day to find your way here!!! Something meant to be about that, huh? READ and Write out your thoughts on BLOGS! You can get to somebody's page by clicking their name or picture!!! You can join as many groups as you like so scan through them and find the ones you think are most useful to your journey!!! Build friendships and let folks know what is going on with you - you'll find out that we understand - we've most likely been there, too!!! Most important - Don't Smoke NO MATTER WHAT! And Never Quit the Quit!!!
