new to this and not computer savy

hello everyone  if im doing this right people should be able to read this

im not very computer savy  and i decided to quit smoking and set a quit date for fathers day

my daughter is 2 and a half and i have another kid on the way i have been smoking for 20 years

and need all the help i can get

so if anyone has time to explain how this site works how to use theses forums message boards  please

   I can read your post just fine. : )  Welcome to the EX community. If you want to post something the entire community can read, post it on the blogs page, like you did with the above message. If you want to communicate with one specific person, click on their profile picture (icon). This will take you to their page. From here you can either leave them a message board comment (which anyone who visits their page will be able to read) or if you want a private message, click on "send a message." This will send a message to their inbox that only that person can see. Hope this helps. If you have any specific questions just let me know.
