A gyne started me smoking when I was 19 and pregnant..I know the dangers were not as well known but it sure wasn't anything that was good for my health. I have tried many ways to quit but nothing has worked and then I have a husband that said if you want to quit just throw them away and quit...big help he is. I am more determinded this time and I know quitting will ease a lot of my pain from fibro plus I think it is also supposed to lower your cholesterol and it is to expensive.
