I havent been on in a while and I wanted to drop in and tell everyone im still doing great, had one close call. I have not kept track of my days, because I had a cyst I needed to get taken care of and I have just been so busy with work and the surgery and all. My girlfriend is still nicotine free and now a days we look at eachother and laugh about all the arguments and problems we had the first couple weeks. I can finally run ovver a mile straight and my house doesnt smell!! So I had surgery to get this cyst ou tof my neck and then here i am three weeks later and it is back. I am just now beginning to loose the weight I gained!! HA!! Only ten pounds, not bad at all. I also want to sen a special note out to all the people just beginning. REMEMBER Youcan yell, throw, hit, slam, cuss, spit, feel horrible, break things( Try not too!!) and as long as you lay down at the end of the day and didnt smoke then you have something to be proud of!!!! STAY STRONG FELLOW EXES AND KEEP YOUR CHIN UP!!! This is a mental challenge!!!

Congratulations, Hillegal! Three months is really getting past all the worst of the cravings. You've done a wonderful job of quitting as well as your girlfriend! Keep on doing what you're doing, because it's working...
