I'm 30 years old & desperately want to quit smoking!!! I really don't know how, but I'll try anything. I started smoking when I was 17 years old to "fit in"at my first job. I was the sweet, innocent virgin girl who'd never used drugs & didn't get drunk on the weekends. It's such a NASTY habit!! It stinks, turns my nails and teeth yellow, and it's embarrassing!! I truly love it and hate it. I love it because it's always been there for me, yet is slowly killing me...... I haven't set a quit date yet, but through this site, I hope to do so soon. I'm extremely scared to quit, quite frankly.
