This has been the worst time so far- but N.O.P.E. still sticks in my head, then my mind wanders off to other places. I now realize this will be a life long battle that I intend to win. I agree with snuggles2335 posting. This site has been helpful, when the urge sneaks up. My copd has not gotten any worse and I don't need my inhalers unless I have a cold. It's so nice to be independent. Day 245 and staying with my quit.
