i had a conversation with a friend from work on how much i use to smoke. I told them that before i decided to quit i was smoking 2 packs in about 3 days. this was when they were selling smokes buy one get one so i was trying to save money and get more smokes. he told me that i was weird and didn't smoke enough to be called a real smoker. thought this was really funny because no one can tell someone what a smoker should be like, if you smoke you smoke. i didn't know what to say after that all i could think about was the fact that i don't smoke anymore; its been over two weeks and i feel great.

That person is crazy. You were smoking almost 14 cigarettes a day. In a regular day awake that is one smoke every hour. I would call that a real smoker. Besides it depends on how bad your addiction is - not how many you smoke. There was one person here who desparately wanted to quit smoking 2 to 3 cigarettes a day. I was at about 12 when I quit but that was down from about a pack and a half a year earlier.
