Description
I have been smoking for the last 47 years. I started when I was 10 years old. the only time i quit was every time a new baby was on the way, then right back after. Now all my children smoke. my husband has had to lung operations. All my grandchildren want us all of us to quit. the only one that did quit is my husband. he quit 15 years ago. Seeing all he has sufered i realy feel like a scum-bag every time I light up. I have to do this I can not go on like this any more. I need all the help i can get. today 9-24-11 it has to stop. My husband spent 3 years in bed 5 holes in his chest from beening tubed, and a 12 inch scar on his back. two time they have removed part of his left lung. He is back to work and rebuilding his life as a non smoker. We have 13 grandchildren and one on the way they need my. I have a basset hound and a white cat with one blue eye and one gold eye.
