me and my son went for a walk over to my sister's house then we walked to kenny's then to the post office....it was a great walk just talking getting the fresh air clean up the house we are having easter dinner here so we need to pick up the house ..clean things down listen to music enjoy the day i changed my time to drink coffee so i don't think of a smoke ..or want one
