Hey Everyone,
My name is James. I have been smoking for the past five years. I know it is a much shorter time than most of you out there but it does not make it any easier. I have tried to stop smoking nearly five times I think. But have always given in to those intease cravings. Made the classic mistake, "Well, I will just have one." or "One won't hurt." Well this time around I won't make that mistake. My quit date is two weeks from today. I have the nicotine patches from my last attempt. So I can use those. I really want to make it this time so I am seeking all the support I can get. And I will provide support back.
