it's been a year!

1:30 am, October 31, 2008. my last cigarette.

it's been a roller coaster of a year. people have passed on. pets have passed on. friends have come and gone.
BUT NONE OF IT MADE ME START SMOKING AGAIN!

my quit buddy Tony isn't here anymore, but i still get to visit with him. i know he won't see this, but i could not have stayed quit without him. if you newly quit people don't have a quit buddy? GET ONE! makes a big difference. i've never quit before, but i feel like Tony kept me sane.

thanks to everyone who has been a part of my quit. thank you thank you thank you! if i can do this, anyone can do this. i believe that with all of my heart!
