Description
I'm turning 50 and smoked for 25+ years on and off since college (mostly on) and lately mostly during stressful times as a closet smoker -- so the irony is that I'm already considered a non-smoker!
I quit because I'm so ashamed that I've been slowly killing myself. No particular triggers other than that so my main incentive is health. I don't have kids (though I've many nieces, nephews, godchilden) and not in a relationship right now (though I'd like to be).
