i've smoked for five five years...started it for the wrong reasons...to relieve stress...to forget my husband died....oh well.....i've wanted to quit for some time....thought bout it...counted cigs....finally did it two months ago...well tonight was a test....went out superbowl sunday....drinks...my smoking friends......but yet......i didn't smoke........and won't .......all of you that say its hard...yes it is...life is!!!!.......but do it,  join me, i want a group to say yup........we did that....now what???    hahaha........

I'm sorry to hear that your husband died.  Somehow smoking becomes the thing we turn to help us get through some difficult periods in life,  even though we know deep down it isn't really a help in anything at all!!  Congratulations on your two months smoke free!!  Getting through the test tonight - good for you!!  You are right life is hard, quitting is hard - but it is very doable and I think anyone can do it - We just have believe it and be willing to be uncomfortable for just a little while.

Stay strong - you are doing great !!
