today is my second day w/o cigs.... you see i have an incurable disease called pulmonary hypertention. my father died from pulmonary fibrosis something which can cause what i have, but the doctors aren't sure if i have that as well... i have smoked since i was 12 and now i am 36. this is the hardest thing i've had to do, but i want be around as long as i can for my beautifull,smart,and precious child daniel. JESUS CHRIST HES ONLY 9! and i am a single working mother...

I know how hard it is!  but you CAN DO IT!!  It seems like the impossible right now, but if you can take each moment as it comes, you can get through it.  I'm of similar age and time smoking....i quit 5 days ago cold turkey.  at times it almost seemed impossible but i managed and now it's gotten much easier.  you just have to push with all that you are to get passed those few days!!  YOU can do it!!  Yu have to do it, for you and for Daniel!!  BE STRONG!
